Ladies Self Defence Workshop

Learn principles and techniques using natural movement and tactics to your advantage, instead of muscle power and strength, to overcome larger or stronger adversaries. Learn how to use day-to-day objects like cellphones, clothing, handbags, USB cables etc, as effective self defence weapons. Qualified and experienced instructors will guide you through the practical examples.

No jewellery or watches to be worn while training.
You will be training on padded mats – please bring socks or you may train barefoot.
